The app works well in seamlessly booking our transactions into Xero. In the instances when it breaks, the A2X support team has been incredibly helpful in helping us resolve the issues.

Thank God I found A2X!
They have been amazing, Jessica in particular. There software does what it says it does on the Tin. I was using Amaka. Their Customer Service was poor to mediocre at best. When I looked further into their software it was not what it seemed. Links kept breaking, and it brought in transactions that it should not have. Reconciliation was a nightmare and there for VAT calculations was all wrong. You can't afford to muck this stuff up.
A2X held my hand through the entire onboarding process and more. I have Xero, Shopify and Amazon and also use PayPal as a payment gateway and sell all around the world so quite complicated really.
For the extra £20 per month I was super happy to have upgraded to the support service as it has proved invaluable.
I seriously could nt recommend them or Jessica enough.

The app is great and has dramatically helped with complex ecommerce accounting. However, the real star of the show is the customer service provided by the team. Andrea and the team are absolutely fantastic! It's the best customer service I've received from a SaaS provider. They went above and beyond to help me with many issues I was confused about.

So long as the features do what you want them to do, the most important aspect of a piece of software like this is the customer support, and A2X really impressed me with their service. Getting financial data all hooked up properly isn't a straightforward thing, even with really good software and plenty of experience.
Elspeth especially was an absolute breeze to work with, super responsive, knowledgable, and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help. When we hit a complicated snag, she even suggested we hop on a call so I could screen share and try to fix it together—which we did!
I tried a competing integration before this, and even though they had a few features I liked that A2X didn't have, their support was slow and not particularly helpful.
So far, the software is working well, and I'm confident that if anything goes awry, I'll get the support I need. Highly recommended.

Really clever and simple system to use. Puts your mind at ease knowing that everything is accounted for correctly. The 2 members of staff I have dealt with, David (Sales) and Victoria (Vat specialist) have been superb. Victoria made everything so easy and is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.
