Hands down, A2X is THE BEST. We have been using this app for a few years now and I must say that A2X is a must-have for e-commerce accounting. Onboarding and customer service is TOP NOTCH. Iona helped me ensure that everything was set up and working properly. This team wants you to succeed with their software and will be there for you with any questions you have. Their response time is SO quick and SO helpful. This app will save you hours of accounting and reconciling, and it can be used with one or multiple sales channels. They are always working to improve their interface and over the few years that we've been using them have gradually become better and better (without causing headache to the user!). I highly recommend. You will LOVE A2X!!
A2X makes syncing orders and all necessary accounting information with Quickbooks extremely easy. So very very very worth it. Also, if you do have any questions or run into any issues, their customer service responds quickly and is absolutely fantastic. Thank you Nicole!
I can't praise this app enough. First of all the assistance in setting this up for a non-accountant skilled business owner was great but most importantly is once the app is setup it saves hours, and I mean hours. In our busy months we ship out hundreds of orders every day, which used to mean manually reconciling the orders. Paypal was the worse. Now it's all completed in a matter of moment.
If you think the app is pricey work on the cost benefit it provides to you/your business. It saves me hours every month which is well worth the cost and freedom it provides to run and grow your business.
The A2X software helps save so much time when it comes to reconciliations. The support is super helpful. If you talk to John, he is very knowledgeable and helped me figure out mapping issues when they popped up with a new payment channel. The software has a great help section when you need it.
A2X has been a huge help in organizing and categorizing our finance reports in QuickBooks, especially with our Shopify transactions. It saves us a lot of time by automating the process and ensuring our records are accurate. Their support team is also very approachable and responsive—they’ve helped us resolve variances and provided clear guidance whenever we needed it.
Very useful service which saves us a lot of time monthly processing all of the Shopify sales directly into our accounting software. All of the journals always match 100%. If the mapping is done correctly there is literally nothing to worry about apart form reconciling the bank monthly. They have a very helpful customer support as well in case there are any issues within the balance sheet or clearing account. Available on call or email. I would recommend it to anyone using Shopify or Amazon.
