A2X may seem pricey, but it has saved us so much money from NOT having to hire another employee/bookkeeper/CPA to help with our Quickbooks/taxes. Not to mention all the time and energy saved as owners as well. We like doing our business, NOT running the business! A2X helps us do this as in the most cost-effective (and accurate) way possible.
One thing that I really love about A2X and its integrations with Shopify and Etsy, is that whenever I have any questions with any of the QB journal entries - which has been a few times over the last few years - is the A2X staff are always available for immediate, personal help with it all! No question or issue is too big or too small. They are knowledgable and figure it all out. and in real time. An example just from today - its busy tax season, here I am late in reconciling, and A2X helped me correct an Etsy/Bank Deposit issue from last April. Kim at A2X worked with her manager and found the answer quickly, and even walked me through how to correct it all via Google Meet step-by-step on my end. A2X really does goes above and beyond. They have the best customer service ever! I wish I could give A2X 10 stars! Thank you!
