A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

WOW. I am so glad I found A2X. The integration between Shopify and Quickbooks was super easy and straight forward. Their support team is incredible too. They are super responsive and will jump a call to walk me through my questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend if you have a Shopify store. The Quickbooks Shopify Connector app is AWFUL, lol.

I confess that adding A2X was a bit nerve wracking, but trying to handle the Shopify payouts is a nightmare. So, I went all in.

What has impressed me the most is the customer service. They are there when you have a concern; right there in Chat. Not a robot, not artificial intelligence, a real person.

Right here, I'm in.

First I must say the software is amazing and any small business owner should use it. I quickly was able to connect all my JerkyNSpice channels quickly on my own, until I started Shopify which was done a bit differently and I kept getting stuck. Andrea in support was nothing short of amazing and quickly helped me troubleshoot the issues. One was even one she had never seen (feel those always happen to me! :)) but we quickly set up a shared screen and powered through it together. She was a true advisor and incredibly helpful in a short period of time. I would give her 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks A2X team!

This app has saved me hours and hours of work, putting invoices onto my accounting systems Sage. It links my shopify sales and inputs all the data into sage and allows me to allocate deposits in seconds. Also the A2X support team are amazing, they are always on hand and responsive to every question and have talked me though the whole process. A specail thank you to Nora and Doloras who have helped me no end.

They have helped me several times with things I just could not get a clear understanding on. They are very patient and work with you until your issue is resolved.

Nicole and Robert were the absolute best. They were super friendly, attentive, and knew their stuff. On top of that, the tool is super user friendly and easy to use. My only regret was not signing up for this service sooner.

While we had a rough start with our A2X setup, our overall experience has been excellent. Once we fully engaged with the onboarding process and clearly walked through how our business handles different payment types (credit cards, checks, COD, ACH, and terms), everything came together. The A2X team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us get the configuration right. Their support helped us understand both the software and the accounting flow behind it, and we now have a system that reconciles cleanly and saves significant time each month.
Tip for new users: take full advantage of onboarding and be very detailed about your workflows—it makes all the difference.
