To be fair, thought we'd use this on trial and then probably not bother after that, but in the space of a week, the app has paid for itself for a year. A no-brainer really...

we cancelled our account and we're still being charged. nobody responds to our emails. i'm not sure if this app is a scam.

Great way to recover lost orders.

Doing it's job well and worth the small investment. Easy to set up and customizable. I recommend it as a must have for ecommerce store owners.

Great app for an e-commerce site like ours. super easy to configure. However lack of better email customization options make it a bit less usable.

Abandon aid is easy and effective. Simple as that. Orders get recovered, and if not, I get valuable info from the customer to help me build a better store.
