Used this app at the recommendation from a lawyer as I am an online seller selling in the US. Easy to use and fits all the ADA and WCAG requirements for online sellers with just a few clicks. Really helpful dev team when they answered some questions before I started the trial.
The app was very easy to install. But more importantly, the customer support has been great because James has given us lots of great information which is important since we have been served. All I can say, if your site is not accessible, there are trolls out there searching for Shopify sites. I do wish Shopify would do more to protect the store owners
This app is absolutely phenomenal for providing ADA and WCAG standards. After talking to one of the developers and integrating it we were totally sold on offering the best to all our customers no matter their disability. We are proud to be one of the first in the pet industry to fully support meet the ADA guidelines for a website. Thanks Accessibility Spark for making such an incredibly well thought out app!
This app makes accessibility compliance super easy. The widget fits very well with the theme that I have for my site and the customization feature comes in very handy.
Perfect APP just what we were looking for to enhance some customers' shopping experience, this type of app should be natively integrated as a standard from Shopify.
Pretty nifty and helpful tool. Not for every store, but for any big store serious about scaling to all customers it checks every box, at least when it comes to ADA compliance. We sell primarily in the US and it's met all our needs.
Not the cheapest app out there, but 100% worth the price. Tried the other accessibility related options that's out of the box and nothing came even close. The only things that came close were $500-1000+ enterprise options that work for Fortune 500 companies. Fantastic to have an option for the little guy.
Fast response times. I am in PST and was getting messages from James at 830pm at night, which was really nice of him.
This app works great for my store. It adds the required widgets and does the heavy lifting for me to get ada compliance. Support was helpful and Alexander knew how to help me get started. Recommended!
Very happy with this accessibility solution. Easy to install and easy for our customers to spot and see. Lots of customizability as well to match my stores's branding.
