Addly uses data based on order history of the last 3 months which allows its AI to build amazingly accurate upsell, cross sell offers & bundles on products that are frequently bought together or added to cart together. This app is very easy to configure and use, and if you have any issue, the customer support is the best I have ever seen in Shopify apps.
The APP prays to use AI for recomendations, but is really a very vague implementation. The AI is incapable to relate items by tag, type, or anything.
It literally takes your most sold products and puts them together with the item you are seeing.
The result? The same frequently bought together everywhere.
I have used other apps that at least consider tags when recomending, and give more variety, and still i wouldnt consider them AI.
