Addly: AI Bundles app & Upsell

Setup is straightforward and the UI feels clean despite the depth of options. Pricing is fair, but it feels like it could be even more competitive given the market.

The app is great, but the pricing tiers are unfair for shops that sell expensive items like us. 1000 in revenue is less than 20 bundles per month in our shop. Good luck, the app works like a charm.

If you offer a free plan, you can't just cancel it.... Terrible

This tool is fantastic and has been incredibly helpful in upselling to our customers. The customer support team is also outstanding. We encountered an issue with H1 tags affecting some product descriptions, and Nikolov went above and beyond to help us understand the root cause—even though the problem wasn’t entirely related to the app itself but rather a mix of factors.

Overall, an excellent app with a dedicated team behind it!

In a hold pattern to implement this app. While I like what I see with the app features, I can't spend any time implementing an app where they don't have the pricing structure figured out yet. It may be less than $30/month, but for all I know it could be $500/month. Will check back when they have this 100% figured out - hopefully the first part of March.

At first I was super impressed because it has lots of features & unbelievably customizable. Also, their support response was also very quick; however, after the first interaction I couldn't get a live agent anymore. Not sure why their chat support doesn't place you in a queue like most other apps - inconvenient in that sense. I would recommend if you have some patience.

App seems to do what it's supposed to do. Best part, there was some technical glitch I had, so I went to live chat. Actually spoke with a human and not a robot. Gave them screenshots, they fixed the problem from their end. Quickest, easiest time I've had with a minor problem being fixed, and from almost 10 years on Shopify that is a RARE treat indeed.

This is an outstanding bundles app, and it’s even available for free. The app offers an impressive array of features, many of which surpass those found in paid alternatives. The customer support team is incredibly responsive, providing fast and efficient assistance. Overall, it’s an exceptional app with excellent support, delivering everything you could need for managing bundles.

We're super happy with the app and love the AI aspect of things. We love being able to offer the customers a discount for purchasing more than 1 product as well.

I would definitely recommend this app for sellers that are looking to upsell/cross-sell products on their website.
