At Coffee Canopy, we use AfterShip to ensure that shipments that cannot be delivered are taken care of. It's amazing how much happier our customers are when we reach out to them letting them know their shipment couldn't be delivered instead of waiting for them to contact us.

Simple to use app, free plan is reasonably generous, and the cost scale from there is great. Customer service (in particular Rahul) is great. Recommend!

Where do I start? AfterShip has been great! Works seamlessly on my website. Now my customers can track their shipments in real-time. Whats great is that they come back to my website to track their shipment. It also builds trust with your customers. Another great feature is that its all free! You have the option to go on the paid plan anytime to send automatic email order notification updates. I have already recommended a couple of friends to AfterShip. Support has also been very helpful. They helped me get set up what I couldn't do on my own and have responded to all my questions. I also love their app that you can download onto your phone. Overall, I highly recommend AfterShip.

The AfterShip is awesome. It only took a few minutes to get set up and the upgrade price for premium features did not break the bank. This is a must have app.

Excellent quick help. Couldn't figure out how to send an email notification for a cx i just added. Contacted support and they showed me it was already sent! A+++ Also showed me how to add my logo to the emails for a more professional branded look!
