If i could give 0 stars I would do it. I have contacted support for 5 days trying to solve an issue we are having, aligning the correct carrier to each order. They keep saying it is fixed and it's not. I was finally able to get a meeting with their developers so we could fix it and no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional Edit - They fixed the issue after this.

This app helps my customers stay up to date with their orders. I contacted customer service for assistance with setting up plans for my store and Ankush was able to provide me with great customer service. And was able to provide a 10% off discount as a special gift. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you, Ankush!

Aftership are a fantastic service for anybody to have! I feel confident knowing that my customers have a reliable way of knowing where their order currently is at. Aftership makes this very easy.

So far this app has been great. We process and print our shipping using ShippingEasy, but they do not yet have any way to quickly view tracking and delivery status. This has been great in helping us identify orders (especially international) that seem to be stuck somewhere or having issues. Definitely allows us to provide better customer service. We haven't yet tried the email and SMS features (haven't had demand for it yet) but it is great knowing it is there.
