This app is very useful in keeping customers and myself updated on orders. Set up is easy and the customer service team is quick to assist if needed.

Has only been a couple of shipments till now but it's smooth sailing so far. Wanted help with a few settings and the support team responded well and on time. From the email and verbal communication, their willingness to help and the attitude towards customer was excellent.

I recently moved to aftership as my platform for tracking shipments and I don't regret the shift at all. The migration was smooth and customers are now updated with tracking info via email, SMS and also via the tracking page on my website. The support team is very responsive and I've been able to resolve my queries or issues quickly and promptly. Since I'm still new to the platform, Look forward to explore more!
