I used the free trial and I loved it so much. It is very easy to use and I love that my customers get to see where their package is. I also benefit from seeing where my packages are so that I can better assist my customers. I will definitely be subscribing.

This is a great app for providing customers access to info on the status of their shipment. Great support from their team too when needed (which is rarely).

Very Helpful support! Super fast and reliable. They removed the aftership branding for me which gave my tracking page the authentic look I was after. Highly recommend!

Our customers love the Aftership tracking page that we use. I would appreciate alerts when there are known errors or outages. Smaller teams cannot afford much time to investigate problems like this.

Love AfterShip and so do my customers! Highly recommended if you ship anything for your store! One of my favorite things about AfterShip is it's ability to track for international and domestic shipping companies with ease, plus all the freight tracking.

The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it.

In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns).

Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging.

Overall I really like this app.
