As someone who places a high value on customer service, I have found the AfterShip Tracking app to be one of the more impressive ones out there. Their support team was extremely helpful, providing me with accurate and timely information whenever I needed it. In terms of customer service, this app is top-notch.

At first, was easy to use so I became a paid user almost right away.
But when asking for some very basic help to create a filter, the support wasn't helpful at all.
Very disappointing.

The Automatic tracking updates feature of AfterShip Tracking app is a great tool in keeping customers informed about their order status. Plus, the customer service team is fantastic.

As soon as I downloaded the app I was awarded a free gift: 7 day extension added to your free trial service plan. I like this approach when starting business relations, plus there software is user friendly. I would recommend them to any and everyone!!!
