Installed the app today. Pratibha was very helpful in giving information on verifying email address via DNS settings. UI of the dashboard is good and has most of the information you need to get going in an easy to understand and editable format. It's noticeable that a lot of features are only available on the 'Premium' subscription or higher. As a new customer and business on the 'Essentials' subscription, only time will tell in what features are useful to me or not and whether I need to upgrade to the 'Premium' subscription.

AfterShip is perfect in many regards but specifically for prevention of lost deliveries. By having a heads up from AfterShip and working proactively with customers, we saved so many hours. Highly recommended.
