Hello , i try to update my profile but it does not respond , i tried other browsers but nothing , it says updated but does not update when you go back again to profile settings.

I am a paying customer, yet the functionality is appalling. I cannot change the courier it detected wrongly. After I deleted a shipment from the app so that it could sync again hopefully with the correct courier, it does not sync the shipment any more.

was very informative and clear. there was a connection issue but overall very good. he was very calm and kind. i think if you could speak a little slower that would of been better but overall a wonderful experience

Amit was so helpful to offer screen share attention to our customer's pending parcels left marked 'Returned To Sender'. But we found system limits user from updating status to reflect replacements sent.
