in the beginning process with ecom store so far communication is great. tech asst very informative and helpful. also navigation is user friendly

I use for my store that allow customers to track orders. One of the best parcel/courier/delivery tracking application available for free.

I like this app alot. It helps reduce customer tracking inquiries. However the only flaw is that it still shows chinese lettering. I sent an email to customer support but never heard back. Hopefully I can figure out how to do it.
