Everything I have seen from AfterShip so far is great. My customers receive an email based on what I set up, and I no longer have questions about orders. We ship out the order, and AfterShip does the rest.

We just started using this app yesterday. The support is very helpful. They assisted us setting everything up. I would give 5 stars to the customer service. However, the app is not having too many the options for customization for the page design. This is something I would recommend the tech team to get improved on .

Andrew at AfterShip is awesome. I had a charge on my credit card and I emailed the company. I had an email back that same day explaining what it was for. After I wrote the review, he gave me a $10 credit!!

You can use the free plan, which is still very friendly for novice sellers. The customer service is very timely and friendly. I have not fully understood the function and will not comment temporarily.
