Works perfectly on my site that is using Shopify's Debut theme. It adds a widget where a customer puts his tracking code. It then opens a customized tracking page with the information :)

I had a really positive experience with AfterShip Tracking app's live chat support! I reached out to them because the customer tracking emails appeared to be using the wrong format and an outdated template. The support team was patient and guided me through troubleshooting. They discovered that the emails were, in fact, in the correct format. Additionally, they were incredibly helpful in explaining how I could verify my email address.
