This app was wonderful to use at the beginning, but has grown progressively buggy over the years with support offering little to no help. It is also not being updated to work with changes Shopify is making and is becoming increasingly obsolete as I need to modify about half my inventory data manually since there is no sync between Airtable and Shopify for those particular fields and when asked, I was told there were no plans to do so.

We're sorry to hear that your experience hasn't met your expectations — we truly value your feedback and would like to clarify a few points:

- The last time you reached out to us was over four months ago. At that time, we were still working on the product category fields as part of the big API changes that Shopify was forcing all apps to go through. The product category fields are now live.

- Regarding the inventory syncing issue, it was due to inventory tracking being disabled for certain products in your store. We provided guidance on enabling this feature and instructions on how AirPower can automatically activate inventory tracking for you.

We sincerely regret that your recent impression of our service hasn't been positive. We intentionally roll out changes gradually because we support thousands of stores and manage tens of millions of item syncs weekly. Each update is thoroughly tested to ensure reliability and uninterrupted service for all of our customers.
