Absolute garbage, I have been waiting for these guys to fix a technical issue for nearly a week now, everyday I reach out to their bot support I get the same exact message. Check your junkmail folder, our support team will get back to you in 24-48hrs" I wait and wait and nothing happens. The app has potential but whoever runs it is either lazy or incompetent or both, this app should not be allowed on shopify in my opinion
the app does not work well, and it seems that it is sneakily engineered like that especially for those using the free version. Im trying to import amazon reviews with pictures but it does not allow me to make that happen. the app has only imported two reviews out of 54 which have photos, the rest dont have any photos, the main reason for downloading the app. it seems the app developers have done this on purpose. everytime I try importing new reviews with photos even from a different page, it only imports two reviews with photos and blocks the rest. This is not the first time im experiencing this.
It seems all this review import apps do these sneaky things to frustrate people and force them to purchase their paid plans. some of us are just starting out and would appreciate to have an app that functions properly especially in regards to review imports, especially amazon photo review imports. Then after we have seen that the app works well and we start bringing in revenue from sales, we would be more than happy to pay for the app. I know I would.

The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.

Please update your Chrome extension to the latest version and try importing your Amazon product reviews again. It should now work as expected with your Shopify store.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to highlight some significant weaknesses in the app.
Firstly, the user interface is not at all intuitive. Navigating through the app feels cumbersome, and it's challenging to find the features I need. A more user-friendly design would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Additionally, I noticed a lack of exporting review on the app. For those valuable reviews our customers left and we can't export them out!!
Moreover, the app's search functionality is unreliable. It often fails to retrieve accurate results, making it difficult to find specific reviews or products. This undermines the app's core purpose and severely impacts its utility.
Furthermore, the absence of clear guidelines for users makes the reviewing process confusing. Users need more explicit instructions on how to navigate the app and make the most out of its features. Clarity in this aspect is crucial for a positive user experience.

I installed this app this does not work they charged $9.99 and I asked why reviews not importing they said developer team checking i submit a ticket on 18th Apr today is 24 Apr they are saying we are working on it. Worst services ever.
Its not possible to edit reviews or to export the received reviews to a better app
