Very useful, very flexible. You can fit the design according to you website theme. You may change style, css both from configuration and custom code. I did it for my site zavitoro.com to adope button colo, font, size as per my site.
I had trouble with a simple issue with my Shopify store. I was skeptical at first, but after wasting time searching for solutions on the internet, I decided to use the chat tool.
