I deleted this app already after i day Did not work. Now almost all my product from my website can't be find on Aliexpress. ERROR 404. I need to upload product again. Many days waisted.
I wish I paid attention to reviews.

Tried to delete then re add reviews. Now the page is broken and I am still getting all the reviews I deleted and sometimes the new reviews I added. It is changing the layout of my page and making my site look completely sloppy.

Like any other app out there. You need a computer to use it. If you don’t have a computer but you do a mobile device; congratulations your s.o.l. What if literally the whole point of starting an e-commerce store was to make enough profit to get a computer. And then do even further dropshipping. It’s very irritating how apps and services don’t take into consideration the limitations For some people.

Now I clearly asked your colleague BEFORE starting my 7 days trial whether I would be able to add video reviews to my amazon and aliexpress reviews and he said yes, and told me this was only available on premium and above. And I gladly decided to start my trial. After 5 minutes, It was clear that Harry signified wrong information and i CANNOT add video reviews manually or automatically with my amazon and aliexpress reviews. So thanks to Harry, I started a 7 days trial which I did not have to do. I have completely wasted this trial thanks to your customer service. Now when I actually want to try out the app again, I wouldn't be able to do my 7 days trial. Thanks Harry.

I did a check on your issue, and found that you are using 7000 products without product importing tools like Ali Orders or Oberlo, therefore, you will not be able to import reviews in bulk for all products at once currently. What I suggest you to do now is that please re-importing your products by using one of above recommended apps along with AliExpress, then Ali Reviews will surely assist you to import reviews as much as you want in bulk.

Meanwhile, I am going to bring this issue to Business Development team to consider about bring it to our future releases.

If I wanted to write code I wouldn't have looked for an app in the store! BUT this app REQUIRES CODING! and even after coding the app doesn't work!
