Good app for importing reviews. Many useful functionalities available, and many more in the paid version.
so far its the only app iv'e had actually send the reviews to my store so, good so far. would recommend
Very easy to import reviews from Aliexpress, however we cannot translate the reviews in a target language.

Regarding to your concern, the behind reason is that we have used Translation service provided by AliExpress, and recently AliExpress decided that they will keep a review in original language without translating if that review has been only created within 7 days compared to current day, but no worry please refer to this article that we have some recommendations for you.
Also I have seen that one of my colleague is following up your case by sending follow-up email. Please kindly check it and let them know if you need further support.

Great app with lots of features, but it would be nice if i can import all reviews for all products with one click not having to manually get the product URL to import reviews.

is a good app so easy to use and I very happy to have this app on my Shopify and When importing reviews it makes my website more reliable . Thank you.
So far so good! I love the customer service they help me set up everything and I didn't have to wait days for a response. I gave it four, because they dont have the option for customer to upload video only pictures
