Our representative promptly responded to your query 7 minutes later at 00:28 am, explaining that the charge occurred because the app was uninstalled during the middle of the billing period. This app is exactly what I needed. It's simple, blends well on our product pages, and looks good on desktop and mobile. I was able to disable the widget on certain pages.

I used Scarcity to add inventory levels above the add to cart button, the app works great and it's easy to use. There are heaps of choices in terms of text etc and when my text wasn't sitting in the right position their customer service and tech team was quick to respond and fix the issue!
