So far so good, I have today installed the app and needed to contact them to move where it was located, they were super fast in sorting this out and replying to my messages.
Initially the apps chooses what to show but there appears to be various ways to change this including a manual option so you can control it, but as this will no doubt take some time to work through at least there are items showing straight away.
Apparently it will learn from sales previously made and then on an ongoing basis which will be interesting as will the stats that it learns and then shows when it has enough data.
At this early stage I am impressed, only time will tell how it goes but I feel confident.

I use the canopy theme for my online grocery store, which means no native support for complementary product recommendations. This app give me great flexibility to combine rich matching data with manual recommendations and global recommendations. I look forward to seeing what difference it makes to me click through and sales figures. The app was super easy to configure (due to a great UI and excellent support text) and the support team has been really responsive and attentive.

It is a lot better than shopify's build in product recomandation system, And it still fits the theme! highly recommended.

Good app. I am certain it would work better if I customize the customer also bought section. Sometimes, the recommendations are too random, but that is seldom. Worth the $9.99 a month.

Firstly, the App does exactly what I wanted. Better yet, when I found the widget wasn't sitting in exactly the right place, I sent an email for some help. I am in Australia and it is 11pm. I got a response within minutes and the widget was moved and edited until I was completely satisfied with it. This is the kind of service you hope for, especially when your only time to work on your website is late at night. It's so great to have it all sorted before going to bed :)

The recommendation widget manages to upsell products usually bought together with great satisfaction. Although the best thing with using this app is the A-grade support!

Great app. I am absolutely satisfied with it. The app also had to fulfill a few conditions for me. For example, one product should not appear in the recommendations. For another product, no recommendations should appear at all. You can set everything according to your wishes. The support is excellent. Answers very quickly, very sympathetic and is very professional. It could not be better. 5 Stars+

Super quick set up and when I was confused about how to change the color of something, they helped me immediately and fixed it on their end and now it looks perfect. Free plan is better than most other free plans for this sort of thing, I'd highly recommend it.
