Recntly messed up an order on my side, added of the same hoodies on my store one with the right patches and one blank. Did an order and obviously selected the wrong one! Kim was great helped me track down the issue and sent me the right one asap!! Awesome customer service!! Great team and quality!

I started using Apliiq April of 2020 just to try out a new printing service and SEE the HYPE about DTG printing and they’ve definitely exceeded expectations every time….The quality of their garments are amazing and the prints and embroidery… wow I love it. Their customers service is very tentative and gives great support ,but there is one support staff named Peter L. I’ve gotten him more than 5times over this 3 years and every time goes above and beyond for me and my brand …. If you guys get him he’ll take care of you!!!!!!

Apliiq of all of the vendors we work with to create clothing, they are the best. Customer service is very responsive. Pete has been great too when we need something out of the ordinary. The app is great and the options Apliiq has for custom branding. I think Apliiq has some unique options that we can leverage for hoodies, crop tops, shirts, shorts, etc. I would definitely recommend them. Across the board they get a 5 out of 5.

I absolutely love the customization but the best part of this POD option is the customer service!!! I personally have been working with Kim and her recommendations for material and troubleshooting. Since working with her and Apliiq, i solely use their services for my store! Unlimited options as far as customization, branding, warehousing, etc..

ok so this is an update to my last review. so after some miscommunication with one of the reps. one of the managers, peter, reached out to me and helped fix the situation. He went out of his way to help me and to make sure my customer was satisfied as well. I am looking forward to working with them more.
