When deciding which clothing manufacturer to go with when starting my online store, I decided to go with Apliiq since I knew I didn't want to carry inventory and fulfill orders myself. They seemed to have a good product selection and cool brands program for adding my own labels to my clothes. Flash forward to today, a few months after going with Apliiq, and I have to say it was still the right decision. The way Apliiq integrates with Shopify is pretty easy and straight forward. Plus Apliiq's customer service is good in my experience. They are a growing company, like myself, so some growing pains are expected, but I've had a good experience setting up my new brand with them. Plus a huge shout out to Pete Lamb for his service and helping me with a bunch of my designs. It's people like him that go the extra mile for you that make you know you chose the right place.

Peter lamb went above and beyond to help me upload my products to Shopify. I was having a hard time and he went and even made a mock up p to show me et we p by step how to do it. He saved me a lot of time. I love apliiq’s clothing options and can’t wait for them to expand . Thanks again Peter!

I was looking for an online clothing store for a few years now and played around with a bunch of platforms. Apliiq's UI and seamless integration into Shopify helped tremendously. But what stood out the most is their customer success team. They will take calls for you at any time and walk you through each step. This really helped me to start selling and creating. I use Apliiq for drop shipping apparel and they have exceeded my expectations. The clothing brands are of good quality; good selection and quick turnaround. Their embroidery is top notch!! I recently had an outstanding customer service experience with Apliiq, thanks to the Manager of Customer Success named Pete. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our interaction, demonstrating both professionalism and friendliness. Pete understood that I had a deadline to meet and worked diligently to help me find a solution that would allow me to meet it.

I had an error with the woven label I had purchased. Pete acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected. Although fixing the error wouldn't be possible in time for my deadline, his understanding and dedication to resolving my concerns left a lasting impression.

One such example involves my logo colors, which are black and gold. While it may seem obvious that printing the black color onto a black shirt wouldn't show up well, Pete astutely pointed out that we could use white as an inverse color, thus providing a suitable and visually appealing solution. It was oversite on my part but I appreciated the fact that Pete pointed this out to me.
