Honestly I chat with them all the time and every time they are pleasant and helpful. I’m new to POD. I think if I had known all nuances of starting a POD shop, I would have taken this impulse decision of mine and thrown it out the window.

This is also why I give them high marks and chose Apliiq after sampling another popular POD supplier. Their site is filled with a ton of information. I would recommend spending time watching their videos and reading their guided information. Their video on print options and color saturation is invaluable. Of course, I found that after I ordered my first samples. That’s okay. It seems there is a lot of trial and error on my end.

Whether it’s been emails or personal calls, the interactions I’ve had with the Apliiq team have been pleasant but more importantly they have been resolution based. The platform allows for adequate designs and it relatively easy to use. They’ve been a very useful resource in growing our business.

I was having issues with my artwork uploading too small onto their products, and I could not figure out why. I set my Illustrator file at the max size at 300 DPI. I sent them my file and they were able to figure out where I was going wrong during exporting and they sent me step by step instructions on what to do. They resolved my issue! Excellent response time and great customer service! I have not printed with them YET, but just from their catalog alone, they have OUTSTANDING selections and the services that they offer are amazing!! I did my research on all of the POD companies out there, and this one is BY FAR the best one I have found as far as everything they do and what they offer. Can't wait to start printing with them!
