I recently installed the Bookeasy app for my Shopify store and ran into an issue with hiding the 'Add to Cart' button. I have received multiple harassing emails from this company demanding I take down my honest review. Rahul Pradeev (rahul@logbase.io) was the person that threatened me today. He said the following

"If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will be left with no choice but to take further action against misleading and defamatory reviews. We urge you to reconsider your review and respond to us so that we can address any genuine concerns professionally.

This will be our final attempt to reach out before proceeding with the necessary actions."

I tried so hard to like this app. But at the end of the day, it just lacks critical features for a service based business. So I have to move on. I hate it but enough is enough.

I added Bookeasy to our website with the intention to replace existing appointment booking. Integration and configuration instructions were very easy to follow and all the functionality we desired are implemented. Sudhan in Customer Technical Assistance was very efficient in solving a minor issue I was having regarding template html coding regarding an non-required "add to cart" button. Sudhan solved the matter in minutes. I'm looking forward to Bookeasy and we are now looking at other Logbse apps for a uniform customer experience across our platform.

Good and fast customer support (today with Rahul). I really like the app. Not everything is self-explanatory. But with the support team I always find a good way to solve the issues. By the way: we you use it for a rental business.
