I have tried other appointment apps and found them a challenge. So glad that I waited until Easy Appointment Booking was developed. I was able to set up two different products with differing appointment styles and it worked beautifully -- after a little assist from Customer Support/Raheem. Now that I have the hang of it, I can move along as new opportunities arrive. Assist from Customer Support was fantastic; helpful without being condescending. An update on the above comments -- have now been running for over a month. Customer support is fantastic. I had to block off a weekend (finally, time for myself) and it was very intuitive to show unavailability. Great App and Great Support.

We installed this app when Covid struck and we needed to create appointments for some of the activities that we conduct in our store. It has been very helpful and the people behind the scenes for Servicify have been great to work with to make improvements within the functionality of the software. We have now expanded how we use this and it is working very well.

The App works really good, it’s an amazing feature for my Onlineshop! The Support team is amazing, they solved my problem and fixed something I did not even recognize as a problem, so they are really trying to give us the best user experience! Can only recommend!

Really easy set up for our custom fittings. We were actually debating between platforms and this app helped us choose Shopify for our needs. Ray was super helpful too! Highly recommend this app!

Ray was the absolute best. He helped me every step of the way and made sure I got everything setup. I’m pleased to be able to use this app with the type of business I have and highly recommend this app. Customer service was beyond stellar.

A very great and easy to use app that has helped us handle our customer bookings! Only downside is that we cannot do multi day events but found a workaround until that feature is released!

Love using Easy Appointment Booking! The app is easy to navigate and customer service is fantastic! This is exactly what we needed to book client calls.
