We do indeed have a free plan, on the pricing page, don't select a plan. Just go ahead and hit "I will decide later" and it will as it says let you decide later by putting you on the free plan.
Support helped me with branching logic and updated the survey for me. Thanks team!
Works with flows and has a lot of options like sending surveys via link.
