Merchants describe this as a reliable, easy-to-use auction solution with excellent, hands-on live chat support, often available on weekends and late evenings. Many, even beginners, quickly launched auctions, including time-sensitive live events, with support handling much of the setup. The app is seen as intuitive and feature-rich, suitable for small to medium auctions, with smooth theme integration and a bidding interface customers find simple to use.
I am running my first auction and though it's been a little cumbersome to figure out where all the controls are located in the app, I had a couple specific needs to hide bidders' personal info when bidding, gave up and started a chat. Sam helped me immediately and easily fixed my issues. I really appreciate having someone to assist so conveniently.
It can be be tricky to get started but DO make sure you check out their brilliant customer support chat. Tansy was such a help and she was able to sort everything out for me, quickly and painlessly and did all of that despite me being on the free version of the app. Would definitley consider upgrading after this very positive experience.
Was getting set up for first time and Sam patiently walked me through setup and getting all my questions answered.
