We've been using the Addition/AMP app for years, and enjoy its ease of use. The support has always been prompt and helpful - thanks to Siobhan for her help yesterday in getting me up and running again quickly.
We'd love to see a few areas streamlined in the future, for example, being able to view/print the labels and manifest without having to download them. Look forward to seeing what changes the new team bring in.
We've been using the Addition app for several years and have rarely experienced any issues. A few weeks ago, we encountered a problem where our shipping rates were no longer displaying correctly.
Anoop was helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. He took the time to investigate the issue, identified the root cause, and helped resolve it.

A great native integration for Australia Post and StarTrack shipping, good rules functionality greatly allowing us to customise the shipping rates at checkout, and in turn capture more shipping revenue at checkout! The team is rebuilding the support from the ground up, so yes a few wobbly reviews in here, but its coming around the bend, the functionality in the app is unmatched and soon to have dedicated support will make this the GO TO shipping app for aussie eCom brands!
