As a technophobe AutoDS is exactly what I need to both start and scale my shopify store! As a person who's really bad with all things tec I have had a few problems with getting set up. With hindsight it's mainly because I didn't have a clear understanding of the entire process between Customer - Shopify - AutoDS - AliExpress - and Customer (take time to understand this before jumping head first into building your store!!!). Thankfully AutoDS's Customer Support, both online chat and ticketed, has been brilliant, both helpful and in my case patient!

I love the platform however the tracking numbers dont seem to update the customer’s with a tracking email. When I contacted support I received a answer that to unfortunately did not make any sense. That said i found a manual work around. Also i have an order that was placed a week ago and the product says that it was ordered from amazon prime but i still havnt received a tracking number. Very strange cuz I ordered the same product through amazon through my wife’s personal account and it shipped immediately. Im wondering what the latency issue is with auto ds auto order feature???

Even though I have been charged 248$ for annual plan. AutoDS did not give me access to my account and asking payment again for their plan.

But after few days Quality control manager Dorina helped me to solve the problem and refunded. My account is working properly now.

I used to hesitate to use it because it seemed difficult to learn, but with the help of their support team, everything became easy.
