Termination and Withheld Funds
Dear AutoDS Management,
I am writing to formally escalate a critical issue regarding my account bryson.tacata@gmail.com.
Yesterday, I loaded funds into my fulfillment balance specifically to process a pending order. Immediately after these funds were deducted, my account was suspended, and I was blocked from the platform.
Currently, the order remains unfulfilled, yet I am being prompted to pay for a subscription for a service I cannot access.
The level of support received from your assistant, Orion, has been entirely unhelpful and fails to address the fact that my money was taken without the corresponding service being rendered.
I require the following immediate actions:
Direct Contact from a Manager: I wish to speak with a supervisor regarding the "insane" timing of this account lockout immediately following a financial deposit.
Refund of Managed Balance: A full refund of all funds loaded for fulfillment that were not used or were taken without order completion.
Cancellation of Subscription Charges: Immediate voiding of any current or future subscription invoices while my account is inaccessible.
If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this as a fraudulent transaction with my financial institution and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

BEWARE, this app is a complete RIP OFF. They will charge you heavily for basically nothing! My last invoice was over $400 USD and I have not even officially launched my website or sold a single thing.

I do not recommend this app. The customer service is outdated, unresponsive, and extremely slow to resolve issues. I had around 9 orders and made multiple complaints, but nothing was properly handled — TikTok had to step in and cancel the orders themselves.
AutoDS has also been charging my account without consent and deducting money repeatedly even after I cancelled services. I opened a refund ticket, but after weeks, no refund has been issued. I paid for their app and subscriptions, yet received no real support or value in return.
This has been a disappointing and stressful experience. I rate their customer service 1/10 and strongly advise anyone starting or scaling a business not to invest in this app until they improve their support and refund process.

- Undeliverable Products Listed Without Warning
AutoDS imported over 350 products into my store that were not deliverable to Romania, my primary market—causing customer refunds and reputational damage.
- Hidden Paywalls & Deceptive Automation Claims
Features like order fulfillment, product sourcing, and even access to “handpicked” or “trending” products are locked behind additional fees, including an $11 charge just to view curated product lists.
- Wallet System That Penalizes Users
I was forced to preload $15 into the AutoDS wallet, only to:
- Receive only $12.75 back after refund
- Lose ~$4 total due to PayPal fees on both deposit and withdrawal
- Discover that withdrawals require manual approval, with no upfront disclosure
- No Real-Time Shipping Validation
AutoDS failed to flag products that couldn’t be shipped to my region—even during manual fulfillment—leading to store shutdown and catalogue deletion.
- Misleading Flexibility & Feature Promises
AutoDS markets itself as flexible and beginner-friendly, but its structure only suits users with excess capital—or those willing to mislead others for affiliate commissions.
- Business Disruption & Loss of Trust
Due to AutoDS’s failures, I had to:
- Refund my first customer and issue a goodwill gift card
- Take my store offline
- Delete 357 products and rebuild from scratch

Je me permets de vous contacter concernant ma récente inscription à votre service. J'ai travaillé toute la nuit sur votre logiciel et échangé avec votre assistant virtuel. Malheureusement, j'ai constaté que tous les produits étaient en rupture de stock, ce qui rendait impossible la poursuite de mes essais.
De plus, j'ai reçu une facture de près de 300 euros pour cette journée d'essai, ce qui me semble injustifié étant donné les circonstances.
Je sollicite donc un remboursement pour cette période d'essai et le temps perdu, et je souhaite également savoir quelles mesures vous comptez prendre pour éviter ce genre de désagrément à l'avenir.

All the Products that I try to enter Into my shop show out of stock once imported, and there is no way to justify the 30$ you would have to pay a month for this app.
I installed the app during the trial period and uninstalled it after just two days, still within the trial period.
However, a month later I was charged $26, even though the subscription was supposed to be only $10 per month.
I contacted support, and they told me they couldn’t issue a refund because refund requests must be made within 24 hours.
This isn’t about the $26 it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place, and I should have been rightfully refunded.
