I was discussing my issue with hannah and she tried to help me fully as she can. now just waiting for the result. i hope i get positive feedback.
got charged three times and one ccidenty from their platform which i tried to cancelled before the trial duration and ws platform crashing and giving error. now they are working to solve the issue.
