I was originally trying to unsubscribe from AutoDS, I wanted my money back so I had to contact my bank and ask them to file a claim. Then I came onto here and posted about my complaints. An AutoDS employee responded to this review and messaged me via text. We talked it out and they managed to get me a full refund ignoring the 15% shopify return fee. Along with this, they gave me a month of AutoDS for free and managed to switch my payment plan from yearly to monthly.
