viel hilfe und support und auch hilfe. Man kann fast jederzeit jmd finden der einem weiterhilft. Trotzdem ist das program mit dem Mentorship eher nicht so übertreffend und von tickets hat man nicht so viel ahnung wen man abbekomt und Wann
