Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD

She was very friendly and even though she wasn't able to answer my question she didn't just leave it with that she gave me other resources I could reach out to so I could look there for answers

I tried AutoDS app and i find it quit useful for anyone who is trying to start dropshipping or e-commerce in general, it provides all types of services from recommending trending and hot products in the market to the possibility of importing these products directly to a shopify store .
This is which features I discovered so far and I think there are many more to find, and I do recommend it for anyone expert or beginner in this field.

Good app for beginners and user friendly. Ive come across some issues with fulfillment and tracking which im still learning how to navigate and hoping to find a solution. Great for sourcing/importing products, however the fulfilled by AutoDS has been difficult, with delays in updating order status , i.e: shipped/delivered. Customer support responds after 24 hours, and there has been instances where they may not respond for the follow-up questions.
Another issue that has come up is that per support staff, the shipped status will only be updated as it nears the estimated delivery date? Will need more clarification on this since this will affect multiple selling platforms policies.

After my last review, I decided to shop around for other fulfillment platforms however I still ended up going back to AutoDS due to its vast list of suppliers and ease of import. I was able to fix my initial problem with the shipping and tracking by sourcing another supplier. There are still some delays with updating order statuses based on the tracking information, but they're usually quick with ordering and providing the tracking number which is good.

Fulfilled by AutoDS program is a great program, and it really does do all the work for you, so if you'd like to be a little more hands on like me, it can be difficult at first as I wanted to update the order statuses by myself when there is a shipping update, or check if the tracking number has been provided, checking on return status etc. It just took some time to get used to.

Also, Dorina was a really big help and she went above and beyond to make sure to address any issues/concerns that I have and assist with me any AutoDS platform questions. I really appreciate all the help!

So far so good with finding products and listing them. There has been a couple hiccups but the customer service has been very helpful.

I am a new starter in this model of business, by far I found out for Autods to be easy to manage, easy to work around. I can't wait for what is ahead and would love to work with Autods further. one issue i have trying to figure out is how to change the fee from annual to monthly and am sure i will get all the help I need from Autods.

So far I like this add-on because it makes it easier. They do most of the heavy lifting for you, making it quicker to launch—with the analytics and the ability to see what is trending and selling on social media added bonus in being ahead of what's popular.

So far this app has been really helpful in processing orders and being able to import items from other sources like Aliexpress, Amazon, ect. The shopify integration is really nice also. You can update everything from within AutoDS for AutoDS listed products and it automatically updates on your Shopify store. Make sure you do all your price editing from within AutoDS itself and not on Shopify as it can revert back. AutoDS has nice features like Automated order fulfillment, Stock monitoring, Price Monitoring. A marketplace to research other items. I like it most for its import feature. Also customer service has been helpful when I have needed them, helping walk me through certain steps to achieve the results I am looking for. AutoDS has a small learning curve but its very useful when you start getting the hang of it.

After extensively testing and studying various dropshipping platforms, I have to highly recommend AutoDS. Starting in dropshipping takes time and some investment. Even though the costs are low, it's still money when we're just starting out. AutoDS is always ready to help regardless of your size, with unmatched 24/7 online technical support.

Excellent customer service, it dont matter what time i ask a question. Someone always responds and helps me out. I really appreciate this service as a new business startup.
