Paulo was a great individual to work with and answer my questions. I was very confused on the payments and how they were generated. Paulo took the time to answer all of my questions, sometimes answered them twice and was very polite. One thing I liked about him, was that he took pictures with explanations so i could visually see what he was talking about, which helped me. He was very patient answering all of my questions and made sure that i understood what was going on. He was very professional as he waited and then asked if i understood what was going on and gave me several options for alternatives. Paulo also answered my questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable working with the systems.
