I am not going to lie to you guys but AutoDS is quite pricey, and i dont believe the pay structure and business model is there yet. With that being said theyre constantly adjusting and only improving. Back when AutoDS came out , i used the app.
something happened and i forgot to cancel my membership, they helped me big time and i avoided their cost on top of $200+ shopify charges. They have the best Features in the game, theyre building up their community, and you should check out their youtube channels. The other apps categorized as Dropship apps should be embarrassed , AutoDS has not reached their prime. Start here, Trust me. Pmcolbe@1philthyearth.com You have my word. Listen if you were brought to shopify by gimmicks, escape the funnel and make some money. I am not saying that AutoDS is the app you need, but if youre looking to scale, and again, start here.

What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided!

DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.
