first deal quite easy to set up but then the nightmare starts.
4 weeks later the support doesn't even understand a basic need and basic business set up. They answer but make you repeat your need everytime. I've repeat it in 4 different ways and with exemple but still everything is wrong. They don't even pay attention to what has already been set up in your back office.

EDIT - Great support! - multiple coupon code doesn't work for my store, I would like to keep this app - because for some reason it likes the one discount code and it applies that one discount code when the cart value goes beyond 999.

We love this app! It's a great way to support retention and give back some love to customers. We're particularly obsessed with smart deals and gifting functionality. EXACTLY what we needed. Support is a bit slow sometimes confusing to work with but the app is worth it.
Support is wonderful. Within 24 hours I was sent a detailed video on how to install a specific feature with our store. I recommend!

Very happy with this app so far. All seems to working great. Easy to install, setup and manage. I have not had to deal with support yet, so no idea how good that is but the fact that I didn't need them is good.
