Jai Kumar was super helpful and friendly! I switched over from Klaviyo and their customer service is really limited so it was nice to be able to speak with someone right away.

The time-saving features of this app have been a game changer for me. I can now focus on other aspects of my business while knowing that my marketing efforts are being taken care of.
So far I have no complaints. Shaim in support helped me with two of my requests very quickly and I was able to get the pop-up coupon and bar setup without issue. Looking forward to using thid product more in-depth

Be warned. We are in a mess right now because this App does not offer privacy safety for incoming emails and we had 3000 unauthorized emails into our database that we had to delete one by one. When we asked Automizely Email to assist, they only could say, "you have been disconnected" even though there has been some sort of computer breach as we are still getting emails through the PopUp that we used from this company into Shopify. I would not recommend.
