I like being able to design my own popups to be on brand. I use this app for scheduling emails and acquiring email subscribers. I do wish I could save the email campaign I am designing as I go without it backing completely out of the design tool. There should be a smart save feature so that it saves as you go (like google docs) rather than having to manually save.

I wish some features like the spin to win option were available on the free plans but other than that I love that their customer service is quick to respond. They have great features for newbies like myself.

The support staff are wonderful and always reply immidiately. I have given the app a 4 star as i would like more options in terms of fonts and design. i find it to be quite basic and semi unproffessional - sorry
