I wrote your support team, but probably of the covid-19, no answer.
I use the popup to get emails from clients and they get a discount on purchase. All is working very good except that the client do not get his % deducted when he checks out. Can you help please?

Really easy app to use and edit pop-ups and e-mails. Few things that can't be done which limit creativity, but works just fine and support is responsive. Has been useful to our needs.

It took me a while to get assistance via the customer service chat today, which was unusual for Automizely. Nonetheless, I was able to be helped and eventually received an answer to my question. I'm grateful that Automizely doesn't just say "No" when something isn't available at the moment. It's kind of encouraging that they say they'll forward the concern to the development team which is always adding new/updating features.
