Hello after customer service contacted I was able to reinstall this app and change my email from gmail to company email address. Thank you Sanjeet for your help.
Apologies for the inconvenience. It does work for Gmail accounts. You can use your existing Gmail address to send emails to your customers.
Also, about updating the email address, the verification code might have been landed in the spam folder. Please check the spam folder once.

I started using Pop ups for my online store and is working perfectly. Easy to use and mobile app is awesome. 10 stars from me!
This is the best app ever!! I was really struggling with sending welcome emails since other mail and popup apps have so many technical issues and still cost upwards of $100/month just to send emails. Automizely is so user friendly and free! You can also track all your email stats which I love. I hope it never goes away as it has saved my small business.
