Customer support is above and beyond what I expected, especially given the fact that I am using the free plan. I can't believe this app is free. The value and customer service is top tier! I recently installed this app and had a few customizations that were needed to make it fit my store. I contacted customer service through the in-app chat system and I didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes before I received help and the issue I had was resolved. Within days as I worked the many FREE features of this app into my store and needed help, customer service assisted me and resolved all of my issues.
