So far Avada SEO has been a great way to dip my toes into some of the more 'skill-set needed' aspects of running a website without getting completely overwhelmed. The tools are all pretty much toggles so there's no stress there, although I have some trouble applying some of the suggested improvements as a beginner. Liz gave me loads of awesome advice and encouragement over live chat and email, and I've really appreciated! Toby was also super helpful to go into my code and fix some JS errors for me. Great people, great app!

Hana is the best by far, 5 stars is nothing to that kind of support, great app, but one of the best support ever.

Audrey and Tracy have been really helpful to all my enquiries. Generally most of their support team is quick and helpful! They even gone through the entire website with me to fix my problem

Great app, works perfectly. We had some issues with our theme first but had fast and great support by Sunny. Keep going like this :-)

Does not work. Slowed down the site. So many issues. They also charged me for the annual plan after I selected monthly and will not reverse the charge. Support is awful.
