I really enjoy this app- it does exactly what I need it to and is no-fuss. I need customizable options without altering the quantities and this app does just that. The product service team was super quick to help me figure out what I needed to get the options up and running. I'm so glad to finally have this capability on Shopify! I installed this app today, to give it a test run (hence 3 stars to start with) & I must say I was a little lost to being with. I reached out and with the EXCELLENT service from Artemis I now have an app that replaces 3 separate ones I am using.
I will be back to review the star rating when I've used it a bit more, but it is very promising for my needs.

I was literally stuck hours before a new launch and the AvisPlus tech support team helped me out BIG TIME! It was also in the wee hours of the night! I just started using the app and I would definitely recommend it for product customization. I tried 2 others and they are by far the best! I most enjoyed how the custom details are listed in the packing slips.

This application is used to allow customers to choose additional options on the product page.
I've tried many apps, but this is the only one that fits. By tag, type, brand, manufacturer, or even URL, you can assign options to a specific product. Depending on the product or combination, you can use different rules to display options (tags, types, etc.). The user interface is simple and easy to use. You can adjust the product's price based on the options selected by the customer. It is also possible to change the appearance of the block with additional product options. You can use the CSS style window or contact help for anything you can't achieve using the available switches. Customer service is excellent; they assisted me in resolving a problem that other applications had failed to resolve. I can confidently recommend it to everyone!

I'm disappointed to say that the claims of 24/7 support made by this app are far from accurate. On our recent launch day, we urgently needed to modify a product title, but to our dismay, the app failed to render. This issue was just one of many we encountered, which were brushed off as "minor bugs you can live with."
The gap between promised 24/7 support and the actual support experience is concerning and disheartening. I urge the developers to address these issues and provide the level of service and functionality that customers rightfully expect.
13,195 Uniques got a wrong text (which is totally our fault) but our expectation were too high? You'll decide.
