This is the most user-friendly app I've come across so far as a newbie website builder on Shopify. It definitely took away the complexity of adding variants with easy customization. I experienced some challenges around hiding add-ons from my storefront and Judy was very prompt, kind and patient with helping me through it even when I was the one missing a step, Judy not once lost this composure and friendliness! I will definitely be keeping it on my site for a long while because of the round the clock support and it's practicality <3
Looking forward to localization options and some other minor tweaks to make it work seamlessly with Shopify's built in functions but I'm sure it's well on it's way

I'm disappointed to say that the claims of 24/7 support made by this app are far from accurate. On our recent launch day, we urgently needed to modify a product title, but to our dismay, the app failed to render. This issue was just one of many we encountered, which were brushed off as "minor bugs you can live with."
The gap between promised 24/7 support and the actual support experience is concerning and disheartening. I urge the developers to address these issues and provide the level of service and functionality that customers rightfully expect.
13,195 Uniques got a wrong text (which is totally our fault) but our expectation were too high? You'll decide.
We will be looking for an alternative!

Just what is needed to handle cross product variants, color swatches and lots more. It's really easy to use and implement, quick response from support really helpful.
Only limitation I've accounted is that file upload is limited to images.

I've been looking for an affordable/free app to use to add on accessory items to certain products I sell.
For example, I sell incense and want to be able to allow people the option to also buy an incense burner when they purchase incense. Up until now, I've just been creating variants in the Shopify store - one variant just for the incense and another variant for the incense with an incense burner. This was very inefficient and creates logistical problems with my inventory. But now, with this app, I can simply list my incense as-is and give people the option to add an incense burner without creating unnecessary variants.
All in all I'm very happy with this app, it does exactly what I want it to do, customer service is excellent and I'm so happy that it's free! I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to sell add-on items or accessories to your existing product lines

I can't say enough good things about this app and the development team! First off, it doesn't cut any corners despite being free. With no customizations, it's extremely functional, looks great, and works wonderfully. There were a couple of features I was looking for that weren't included (to show larger swatches on both desktop and mobile), and when I reached out to the dev team, I was pleasantly surprised by both the speed of their replies, and the changes they were able to make for me. I would recommend this app without hesitation, and am so grateful to the team for making my additional options look great and function perfectly!
